Paul M. Cramer joined Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP in 2004. He practices civil litigation in the State and Federal Courts in a broad range of practice areas including insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, toxic torts and construction defect/liability.

His practice includes a wide range of complex litigation matters including the defense of claims pertaining to negligence, design and manufacturing defects, construction defects/contract claims and general commercial litigation.
Mr. Cramer has tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, engaged in complex mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitrations.

Mr. Cramer also uses his extensive background in insurance negligence and product liability cases to effectively represent victims in wrongful death and serious injury claims.

Mr. Cramer is a member of the American Bar Association (member litigation section), Connecticut Bar Association (member litigation section), New Haven County Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.
